Wellness Recipe: My Detox Green Soup March

When you're craving lightness and vitality, there's nothing better than a detox green soup to recharge your batteries. Rich in vitamins and flavors, this recipe is perfect for a sweet dinner or a wellness break after a gourmet weekend.

The benefits of this soup

Why is this soup your detox ally? It's packed with essential nutrients:

  • Leeks , purifying and rich in fiber, aid digestion.

  • Spinach , a source of iron and antioxidants, boosts energy.

  • The zucchini , light and hydrating, provides a velvety texture.

  • Lemon , rich in vitamin C, gives pep and stimulates the elimination of toxins.

The ingredients

For 2 to 3 servings:

  • 2 leeks

  • 150 g of fresh spinach

  • 1 zucchini

  • The juice of half a lemon

  • Salt, pepper

  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • Vegetable broth (enough to cover the vegetables)

The preparation

  1. Fry the sliced ​​leeks in a drizzle of olive oil until they become soft.

  2. Add the chopped zucchini and cook for a few minutes.

  3. Stir in the spinach, then cover with vegetable broth.

  4. Let simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

  5. Blend until you get a velvety texture.

  6. Add the lemon juice, adjust the seasoning and serve hot.

Gourmet tip

For an even more flavorful touch, add some toasted pumpkin seeds or a dash of plant-based cream before serving.
